Things You Need to Know
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
As of right now, there will be no shipping but only in-person pickups and exchanges at 1 of the 3 set locations in Taipei: Taipei American School (Tianmu), Miramar (Dazhi), and Zhongxiao Fuxing (Da'an)
We are currently looking for shipping alternatives to the rest of Taiwan.
Once you place an order, you will be contacted via your preferred social contact method to arrange pickup date and details.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Once an order is placed, there will be no changes or refunds available. Only under the circumstance that the products are severely damaged will there be an option for an exchange. However, no refunds can be made once an order is placed.
PREORDER
Preordered products follow the same guidelines as available products. Once a preorder is placed, there will be no changes or refunds available. Preordered products can take up to two and a half weeks. Please only preorder if you are willing to wait.
